How to add Computers in Big Fix Console

Dear Gurus,
I have installed BIGFIX trail version on windows 2012 successfully.

Now i have open console and tried to add computers .

But issue is "We are able to browse the computers under FIXLETS and TASKS we once find one system which is BIGFIX self computer.

How can we add computers in computers list.
Please note that we have already installed CLIENT on one machine.

Thanks
Malik Adeel Imtiaz

To get computers to show up, you must install the client on those computers, but you must do so with the masthead file present, otherwise the client won’t know what root server to talk to.

Check the log files of the client computer to see what it is doing.

Get masthead here: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21505775

Make sure file is masthead.afxm and put it in the same folder as your setup.exe client installer.

Or grab the installers out of your installers folder on the server (default location is “FolderPathTo\BigFix Enterprise\BES Installers” )

Looks like you don’t have a masthead or you’ve got and incorrect masthead.

You should be able to get your masthead from the endpoint manager server at this URL:

https://<endpointmanagerserver>:52311/masthead/masthead.afxm

Try the URL above and/or the relay diagnostic page from your client.

http://<endpointmanagerserver>:52311/rd

Or as @cdh said the masthead file is also on the server itself.

When you’ve got the correct masthead file, name it actionsite.afxm and put it in

C:\Program Files (x86)\BigFix Enterprise\BES Client and restart the client

Dear Gearoid,

Can you please have a GTM session to resolve this issue.
I am really stuck in this problem.
Thanks in Advanced.

Thanks

This does appear to be a masthead issue. Follow @gearoid and @cdh 's answers.
