How do you accept an offer on a MAC?

Started playing with offers and accepting a offer on windows is straight forward, the action says pending offer on my MAC. However i don’t see a BigFix logo to click on or something obvious on how to accept the offer on the MAC.

Hi Stacy,

By default, the Offer is presented through the “BigFixSupportCenter” app.

It will be crated in the Dock automatically. However, nothing will pop-up proactively, and you will have to open the app.

The default icon is a blue round ball.

I see it now. it wasn’t that obvious and you should make the blue ball the BigFix icon.

I believe the icon is changed in the next version
