How do I contact support?

(imported topic written by ktm_200091)

Since the buyout by IBM I am having difficulty contacting support.

We used to have a # 866-752-6208 and I tried calling it but got someone with such a bad phone connection that I couldn’t understand her and when she tried to transfer me I got a dead line . I called back and no-one answered.

I searched IBM’s site and could not find a number for big fix related support. I opened a chat window with what I thought was support and they gave me Ph: 1-888-426-5525 which appears to be a support line until you get to the second level and it changes to a tivoli sizing line and has you leave an email.

I’ve spend 45 min tracking this down, Is there an easy way to contact support?

Hello,

Sorry you are having difficulty in reaching IBM Support for Tivoli Endpoint Manager (fka BigFix).

Assuming you are calling in the US, the number you want to use is

Tel: Toll Free: 1-800-IBM-4YOU(1-800-426-4968)

You will need to have your IBM Customer number, or they can assist you with locating that, based on your company. In addition, your Sales rep can look this information up in the legacy account application.
