Why is it in my TEM console, it says that the distance to a clients relay is 8, but when I use the standalone client diagnostics tool, it reports back a hop count from the same client to the same relay with a hop count of 2?

Is it a persistent issue? Or is the latency very high?
I think it might be possible for the agent to send out its ICMP to determine distance, but if the relay doesn’t respond in time, it sends out another round and it might get confused by a delayed echo response.
