i have new implementation ( windows and Linux Red hat 6 and core protection module CPM
i use NIX Client installer for non windows. using root credential and client installed as well but i cant see client or any linux client can not be communicated
in SPS server CPM i will run this patch as well put still cant see client in server
/usr/tmcss/bin/patchcpm.sh
Are you able to check the client logs on any of the machines that are not reporting?
Are there any potential firewall rules blocking TCP/UDP 52311 traffic?

first all traffic between server is allowed
and about logs for 2 machine SPS machine and redhat server the error at the same even SPS machine run this patch ( /usr/tmcss/bin/patchcpm.sh )
trying to ping TEM Machine and DC form SPS machine ping working fine and trying to ping for my machine or TEM ( Request time out )

Winsock 6 means that the server in question is having an issue resolving the DNS name of the relay/server it’s trying to communicate with. Make sure your servers have the proper DNS entries or connect to the proper DNS servers in order to resolve the name.
