HI
I have install Bes on win2008 server
I am getting time out error while pushing any task .After running Bes Diagnostics showing below mention services are not running. I have restarted the all services but problem persist.
After rebooting the server. All services are running fine
SERVER TAB:
Test Failed: BES Root Server Running
Reason: Unable to query service status
Test Failed: Checking that this machine is running the BES Client
Reason: Unable to query service status
SERVICES TAB:
Test Failed: FillDB Service Installed
Reason: Unable to query service status
Test Failed: FillDB Service Running
Reason: Unable to query service status
Test Failed: GatherDB Service Installed
Reason: Unable to query service status
Test Failed: GatherDB Service Running

Test Failed: Mirror Gather Service Installed

Hi d31jan,
On Win2008, you need to use the Run As Administrator… option when launching BES Diagnostics in order to see accurate results.
For the time out error, can you tell us exactly what error you’re getting? You may want to open a ticket with support@bigfix.com since you can’t deploy any actions currently.
