HCL Support Cases - Grant access to multiple viewers

Can HCL Support Cases give the ability to allow multiple customers access to the same case? If I create a case, I want my team mates to be able to update the case. That was how it worked with the old IBM cases.

Yes, your “primary” support owner (customer-side) should be able to set permissions on your account to see all cases from your team.

Hi, meaning that ability already exists and I should be able to see it, or it doesn’t exist and that ability should be created?

It exists already (I’m registered on one customer account and can see all cases). It was something that the “primary support contact” at the customer had to configure on my account.

If your primary contact doesn’t see the option, I can ask for some instructions on it?

Yes, please ask. ( I guess I don’t even know who my primary contact is on our side)
