Having trouble with AV on the Vista machines

After deploying the software the endpoints don’t appear on the analysis tab, implying that AV wasn’t been installed. Yet on the dashboard they don’t show up as applicable for an install.

In general, how do you troubleshoot problems like that? I can’t find any errors related to the install anywhere.

On the AV dashboard, the configuration appears to apply to all endpoints. How would you set up an exception for one endpoint?
