Hi,

I currently have an analysis running so that we can e-mail a weekly RAM report of some specific computers… I noticed that a computer was replaced (imaged) and bigfix was installed it’s not updating it’s new amount of memory…

Just wondering if someone has some troubleshooting steps that I could go through to try and figure this out (new to the bigfix environment, still figuring everything out!)

Hi ltd2009,

When was the last report time of the computer? When a computer is reimaged, most likely another computer will appear in your computers list.

Ah yes, I see both computers in the computers list now… the old one and the new one. How come the new one wouldn’t show up in my analysis? It’s last report time is up to date and the relevance definitley applies to it.
