GetURL failed - General transport failure. - winsock error -8

Hallo, Can anybody explain what is happening on this endpoint. It repeadtedly gets a “winsock error -8”.

We have our BES Server and client allready 7.2.5.22

Here is section of the BES log from the failing endpoint:

Hello,

This means that the agent can’t resolve the server or relay… In this case, it looks like A000S-ITBES01 is not resolvable by the agent. You can try pinging this computer from the agent computer and I would expect you would also get an error.

Is this a relay or your server?
