Gathering error

I have been getting this error for a long time.

Unexpected remote directory listing error.

I haven’t used big fix in awhile. I bought a Gateway computer which came with the Big Fix software. It worked automatically, so I didn’t notice when it stopped until I went to gather recently and I got the above error. Could someone please help me figure this out. In the site properties, it says it has a conflict with Internet Explorer 7.

Hi Kim,

This forum is for the paying BigFix enterprise customers… You have the BigFix Consumer edition and you can maybe follow the instrucitons here to address your issue:
