Hello,
I know if is possible to force a refresh of all of the computer properties, but is there anyway we can force the same workstation to report to an action?
I ask this because I’ve seen in the past where a machine reports to BigFix but it won’t report to the action until 30 minutes are past.

Hi Paulo,
Agents will always try to report on the status of actions and generally they don’t need to be told to report faster… If you are seeing delays, then it could be related to busy clients, slow propagation of actions, slow relays, overloaded relays, or other things…
To know for sure, we would need to take a full look at your system and then run some tests and do measurements… This is generally what we call our “Optimization Service”:
