Font Db & Quark App getting Corrupted on Mac workstations

Hi,

We are deploying Bigfix 7.07 agents on Apple workstations running Mac OS 10.4.x and find that the Suitcase Font db & the Quark application are getting corrupted.

The app’s versions are:

Suitcase ver 11 & 12

Quark 6.5

Can you suggest a solution for resolving this issue at the earliest.

Hi Raju,

The 7.0 Mac client has not been released. Can you please clarify the version of the BigFix client you are using and why you think BigFix is the cause of the application corruption? There should be no effect from installing the client until you send an action with instructions to do something.
