Where is the superseded flag on these?
Perhaps we need a top down review of all HCL content and make 100% sure that superseded content is for sure marked as such. This is the 2nd occurrence of this and should not happen.

As a result, these fixlets have not been superseded, ensuring that users who continue to run these operating systems can still apply the update.
