Where is the superseded flag on these?
Perhaps we need a top down review of all HCL content and make 100% sure that superseded content is for sure marked as such. This is the 2nd occurrence of this and should not happen.

Hi @jbruns2017 ,
According to Microsoft, version 109.0.1518.140 was released as an extended security update for older operating systems, including Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1, and Windows Server 2012/2012 R2. This version represents the official final release of Microsoft Edge supported on these platforms. As a result, these fixlets have not been superseded, ensuring that users who continue to run these operating systems can still apply the update. For further details, please refer to the Microsoft Edge release notes - Archived release notes for Microsoft Edge Stable Channel | Microsoft Learn
Regards,
Asif
