Fixlets, Messages, Offers, and something very custom

Is is possible to have a preset message which pulls information from the fixlet or task being deployed. Specifically I want to create a custom Preset which has defined an offer which displays information about the fixlet or task being deployed.

Example:

So if I’m deploying the Adobe 9.4.1 Available - Adobe 9.4 Fixlet I would like to have an Offer that reads:

Dear Customer,

Information Technology has deployed {fixlet or Task Name} to correct a security issue on your computer. This action {if action script contains (“Action may require restart”) then “may require your computer to be restarted.” else " does not require your computer to be restarted."} If you have questions please contact Information Technology at x4357 (Help) and we will be glad to work to resolve your issue.

This is a cool idea. I tried some tricks using preprocessor relevance to get it working, but unfortunately I dont think is currently possible (or at the very least, I cannot figure out an easy way of doing it.)
