Fixlet exit code 49

Hi all,
I have an issue while I deploy an avaya agent via fixlet.
The setup (run locally) runs with “-silent” switch, but if I try to run “setup.exe - silent” via fixlet i get an exit code 49.
Anyone knows what this error code means?

Check the Vendor’s documentation. The error returned, is what SETUP.EXE responded with.

Using Google to search for avaya install "error 49" I found reference to DLL issues.
