Has anyone ever created a fixlet to find Windows local user accounts that have blank passwords?

I am working on a simple batch script with our developers that can do this, as a task (not a fixlet). Once I have it finished and tested, I will post it here.

The Security Policy Manager Fixlet site allows you to run MBSA that will check for no password and for weak passwords (the results are reported in an analysis). You might want to check it out…
