Can you try again? We think all users who joined before a specific date might have this issue and we might have fixed it for you. Let us know.

I don’t even see the option to upload a file any more. Has this been disabled?

If you could try posting an attachment now you should again see the link. We had made some changes internally that caused some of the permissions to be recreated.
