Hi,

We have some computers keep this error for a long time, and in the BES console, every retrived property is except the computer name, can anyone help me? I have attached the Client Diagnostics result.

This usually means that your agent has a different masthead than the server… This can occur if you have installed multiple deployments with the same server name over time.

Try using the BES Remove tool and reinstalling the agent (make sure you are using the correct agent install package).

Hi Ben,

I have used BESRemove-7.1.1.315.exe to remove all things, then search and delete “bigfix” in registry and C: drive, after this, I install the BES client again (I make sure it is a right BES installation with right masthead), and the it has the same issue, how can I do?

These computers all are HP-Pavilion GG031AA-AB2 u6105cl, the issue was occured from these computers have bought from HP and haven’t installed BES client before.

It sounds like you might have a significant problem with your current BigFix Server… My guess is that you have some sort of revoked user, key mismatch, or some other issue that is causing this problem on some/all your systems… I would contact support and they can look through it…
