As the title specifies, the external site content is not updated in the bes console. The BES Server gatherdb folder contains the latest content for the external site but the console site folder does not. For some reason the console’s site folder is not being updated with latest content.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Have you tried deleting the console cache and restarting the console?
Yes i have tried deleting cache and restarting the console. But the problem does not seem BES Server related, as i have tested on different servers, and get the same problem, the external site says that it gathered latest build of the site but no fixlets appear in the site and the exception pops up.
Check the server BESRelay.log as well. There are some IPS systems which see some content and block it though we have tried to change our code so they don’t catch it anymore.
The Gather log is only part of the story, the Server log contains the server fetching the extra files in a site.
