How can I see when a piece of external content (in the patches for RHEL8 as an example) was released/last modified by HCL ?
First , there is a session relevance statement that can be used :
modification time of : time

Right now, I don’t have the Web Reports in hand
But if you go to Explore Data > Content
Add Filter which will show content from the site you mentioned
You can add columns - look into all of them
