I have created the following document to show an example of how to use JavaScript+Relevance within the console to prevent certain users from using the “Take Action” option for certain Fixlets, Tasks, or Baselines.

Our use case is that we have some baselines that are managed centrally that other console operators should not take duplicate actions of them.
