Even after enabling Enhanced Security on the BESAdmin ,the Relay is using TLS 1.0 protocol

Can someone help me to understand if we need to perform any setting on the BESrelay for it to function.
BESserver version : 9.5.5193 - Enhanced Security is enabled and is using TLS 1.2
BESrelay version 9.2.0.363 - Is still using TLS 1.0

Seeing this error in the BESRelay logs

Some versions of the relay required a restart so if you restart the relay does the issue go away?

It is still behaving the same way after the restart.

It is always recommended that the versions of the BigFix components on your relay machines be at the same version level as the BigFix server to avoid issues.

Please upgrade the BigFix components on the relay machine to version 9.5.5 to match the version level of the server, take action on:
