Evaluate new masthead/s in a production environment

How can I evaluate the BigFix AntiThreat Solution Pack in a production environment that already uses BigFix for Patch Management.

An ideal scenario would be to trial for 30 days, then upgrade the licence to production. It is not cost effective to setup and run a second server in parallel.

I have already asked this question to licensing@bigifx.com but have not yet received a response.

Please advise asap as our current AV solution is about to expire.

That is certainly a possibility, but you will need to work with your sales representative to work out the details. Please contact them directly with this request.

We have spoken to our sales contact and they have told us it can’t be done and advised to download the eval BES and setup a test server.

This is not an ideal scenario, nor an easy way for BigFix upsell additional modules.

Is there someone in licensing@bigfix.com we can contact directly?
