Error with a multiple patch deployments

(imported topic written by SystemAdmin)

Hey people, hope all is well with everyone. Does anyone have any idea what the below error refers to? We started deploying out May’s patches and deployed a job with 4 patches to over 100 machines. While most succeeded, 19 came back expired yet are still relevant for their version of the fixlets deployed to it. The action info (below) shows each of what would have been relevant versions of the new fixlets all came back as expired instead of fixed. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

The job ran from 10pm to 5am, all machines were online during this timeframe and they were reporting into the console successfully

ERROR:

Can you post a .bes export of the action? Just right click on the action in the action tab and chose ‘export…’

Also, can you verify that the time is correct on the machines reporting expired?

Psisk,

The attachment did not make it. I’m going to be out of town for awhile. I suggest you open a support case and they can help you track down the root of your issue.
