Error while download from a specific url

Hi all,

I have written a script to download a file from a specific url then applied the action.

In the downloads, status is “downloading” and details is “Waiting for Mirror Server…”.

After some time, I got the status as “Failed” and in details it is showing error as follows

Server error: “Http_err_SOCKET_RECEIVE”

Again i got the status as “downloading” adn details is “Waiting for Mirror Server…”.

Finally I got the error as

Server error: “Retryable Error: DownloadInactivityTimeout”

5 of 432 retries: next attempt in 00:07:00

I have run the BES Diagnostics tool, in results all the tests passed. Previously it is working fine, from last 2 days only we are facing the problem.

Can any one help regarding this.

Hi Shiva,

Looks like the download isn’t working… can you paste the url into a browser and see if it works? The error indicates that the webserver that is hosting the file is available, but the download timed out due to lack of response from the download.

The URL is working fine and I have manually downloaded the file also.

You should probably contact support to look at the issue… it might be intermittent connectivity issues but we can’t know unless we troubleshoot further…
