I have a client that is experiencing the following error. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the client and it keeps coming back. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If this is still a problem and if you have not done so already; you may want to open a case with Support by either submitting a PMR through the Service Request tool (https://www-946.ibm.com/support/servicerequest). Or, by calling the support line in the region of the world that is closest to you (http://www.ibm.com/planetwide/region.html)

After turning on debug logging I see where it’s getting WinSock Error 9.

According to here:

Winsock

, error 9 is “A connection was made to the BES Server/BES Relay, but an error occurred when sending data”

Any ideas what to look at? I’ve contacted support and have a PMR open…so far they’ve been little help.
