hi i have problem i need to know how to resolve this problem

i’ve insatalled the BES agent in 5 computers but toses one don report to the console cheking the log of those 5 computers i found the next error

‘http://srvtivoli01.corporativo.avantetextil.com.mx:52311/cgi-bin/bfenterprise/PostResults.exe’ http failure code 403)

and checking the ports i found the next status in the port 52311 IN status LAST_ACK

somebody knows how can i resolve this problem thenks
