I have an error when I try to patch Red Hat Linux Servers. The error is from the Red Hat Download Plugin (Version 1.7, I believe it’s the latest). It can’t find any patches it tries to download:

I found the following IBM link from January 2012 that talks about this error ("
Error 3
" in the document):
It says something about a paid subscription, which I already got and checked with Red Hat people. They told me the download links provided by TEM are wrong. I don’t really believe it, Could it be possible?
Is there any other cause for this error?
Thanks,
Leo
