E-mail using relevance in Scheduled Activity

Hello,

I am looking for instances (in America or somewhere) of the e-mail function using relevant clauses in the Scheduled Activities.

Is there any instance that e-mail when a certain condition becomes relevant?

It would also be helpful if there are some sample clauses.

Especially I want to know instances or useful relevant clauses about the following setting, if there is any.

  1. E-mail the list of PCs in which client was installed after the specified day

  2. E-mail one month before the rental (lease) end day

  3. E-mail a pre-prepared application blacklist if one of the applications has been intalled

  4. E-mail if the number of installed PC exceeded the number on the contract

You can do that in web reports…

In that you can set duration and settings about to whom the report should be sent…

All your analyses and actions are visible in web reports

I understand I should use the scheduled Activity in web reports to use this function.

But I want to know some concrete examples, if any.
