Domains not showing in Web Reports?

This is hopefully a simple problem. Our BigFix server has the Endpoint Protection, Patch Management, and Security Configuration domains installed. However, when logging in to Web Reports, only the Security Configuration shows up on the default splash page.

I’m really not sure where to begin troubleshooting the missing domains, is there a good place to start, or perhaps something in the configuration that I am missing?

Hi Aaron, I’m pretty sure that you’re not missing anything here. The domains in Web Reports are only present if there is a site in that domain with a WebReport included as part of that site. That is currently limited to very few sites that include WebReports so you won’t see all the domains that you do in the console.

Adding on to what Jason wrote…

Systems Lifecycle will appear on the default splash page if you are subscribed to the Power Mangement site.

Endpoint Protection will appear if you are subscribed to the Trend Core Protection Module (CPM) site.
