hey guys, i created a baseline for my environment and pushing it out to dev and test workstations today. I pushed it out and now all my machines are saying “Disk Limited” . I would say the baseline is combined about 6GB in size
You probably need to increase their cache limit. This is the action script we send out for this:
if {exists relay service}
setting "_BESClient_Download_DownloadsCacheLimitMB"="24576" on "{now}" for client
setting "_BESClient_Download_NormalStageDiskLimitMB"="24576" on "{now}" for client
setting "_BESClient_Download_PreCacheStageDiskLimitMB"="24576" on "{now}" for client
setting "_BESClient_Download_MinimumDiskFreeMB"="1024" on "{now}" for client
else
setting "_BESClient_Download_DownloadsCacheLimitMB"="16384" on "{now}" for client
setting "_BESClient_Download_NormalStageDiskLimitMB"="16384" on "{now}" for client
setting "_BESClient_Download_PreCacheStageDiskLimitMB"="16384" on "{now}" for client
setting "_BESClient_Download_MinimumDiskFreeMB"="1024" on "{now}" for client
endif
We let relays have a higher limit, adjust as needed.
We don’t use BigFix for overly large deployments, so we go with 10gb. If you have 6gb, you should be good, but may need to consider larger size.
setting “_BESClient_Download_PreCacheStageDiskLimitMB”=“10240” on “{parameter “action issue date” of action}” for client
setting “_BESClient_Download_NormalStageDiskLimitMB”=“10240” on “{parameter “action issue date” of action}” for client
setting “_BESClient_Download_DownloadsCacheLimitMB”=“10240” on “{parameter “action issue date” of action}” for client
setting “_BESClient_Download_UtilitiesCacheLimitMB”=“1024” on “{parameter “action issue date” of action}” for client
Yah adobe acrobat update was causing the issue
