I am beginning to set up mobile management for some tablets (iPad, Android and Google) and Android phones. I am trying to use the MaaS360 part of BigFix. How do I get BigFix to find those devices (they are all on the same subnet)?
What do you mean by “Find those devices”?
Do you have the MaaS360 BigFix connector enabled?

I am trying to deploy the Management Extender, but I am not getting any Applicable Computers in the Console. BigFix doesn’t know about the mobile devices yet. Is it trying to deploy this Extender to the Server, or I think I saw something about Windows computers that have a relay, and a Proxy Agent. Or, is it trying to install that on the mobile devices?

The management extender acts as a way to extend functionality to non-bigfix agent devices.
To run a management extender you need to have the following:
- You must have Administrative permissions sufficient to manage plugins (Management Extenders).
- Management Extenders can be deployed only on computers that have a relay installed (v8.2 or higher).

Thank you for those instructions. I will follow the process.
You have to put devices in MaaS360 first. Once they show up there, you can use the connector to have them also show up in BigFix.
