The icon Diagnostics tool, send me correct functionality everything but in the tab services inside the Server diagnostics present 14 Failed. When i can delete or clean this error?

These errrors everyday said me that my server can´t get the latest version of these fixlet sites. Everyday are the patches for windows or not?

What happens if you try to open one of the URLs in a browser?
