Devices Disappear from Console

Has anyone experienced devices disappearing from the bigfix management console? We have times where a device will show up in the console as online one day and then completely disappear from the console the next day. If the device is offline, it would show the status - so I know that’s not the issue. Anyone experienced this or have any solutions?

Do you have a computer remover running that is aggressive?

If you have 9.5 or later this is part of BESAdmin now and can be scheduled.

You could also look in the DB and verify if they are there but marked as deleted or if the row has been actually removed.
