Hi Guys
I’m having a problem when I try to do a Gather from Sites. it gives me an error of “a Connection with the server could not be established (Error 12020)”. I have internet access where I am but it still gives me this error message.

Try running the Diagnostics tool (from the start menu on the server). If that doesn’t work, you probably should contact support…

Thanks I did contact Support the problem was that I didn’t have a full license to all the other modules
