The deployment wizard appears to assume the domain to be searched depending on the credentials supplied. Is there a way to specify the domain to be targeted? Ex: I’m in domain ABC, but want to deploy to machines in domain XYZ. The domains are in the same forest and trusted. If I specify ABC\username, the wizard only shows ABC domain machines. It doesn’t provide an option of XYZ domain machines.

Hey Jon,
I assume you mean the BigFix “Client Deployment Tool” to install the agent? If so, I believe it pulls data from the domain that it is run in and it doesn’t know how to reach out to other domains to list the computers… You could use the deploy by list option if you know which computers you wanted to install to…

I’d like to suggest a feature request for the Client Deployment Tool. It would be very useful to be able to view an Active Directory forest instead of merely the local domain for deployment purposes. This way, a single account with correct privileges could deploy to any machine in the forest, potentially deploying to machines in multiple domains simultaneously.
