I need to deploy the agent to a large number of AD domain joined machines (approximately 1700). I want to do it using a GPO, and I need the clientconfig file so the MSI route is out. Has anybody deployed the agent EXE file with clientconfig in this manner?

Is there any documentation of the installer compiler? I found the zip file but it only contains the executable.
Apart from switches, there is no written guide available; everything is self-explanatory when you execute the utility.
Furthermore, if you run BESClient setup.exe /? will offer a list of switches that it is compatible with, example /s /v/qn
