Deploy SSP error

Hi,

We got a problem that we set the LDAP success and want to deploy the SSP.

When we deploy the action, it show error(refer attachment).

Could it be a problem about TEM version?

TEM server: 8.2.1409

Hello bearandy,

We have made a change in the BES Support site that should make the chance of this error significantly lower. In our upcoming 2.4 MDM release, this issue should be entirely resolved.

   We run

Fixlet #1585, "Install Windows Platform

API - Tivoli Endpoint Manager version 8.2.1409.0" in the BES Support site.

And then config SSP success!

But we login SSP and show the error(refer attachment)

What could be the problem?

This error might have occurred if you have more than one MDM site subscribed, perhaps both the Beta and production sites.

OK. It works when we delete the MDM beta site.
