Deploy/install Bigfix agent on Mac client

Please help. I need to install Bigfix agent on Mac client, although the agent is installed and running. The Bigfix server cannot receive report from the Mac client.

The Mac client doesn’t join our company’s domain. I install the agent manually. I would like to know, do I use the same afxm file as windows do, but change the name from masthead.afxm to actionsite.afxm?

Also, the Mac client can’t connect to the root server directly, it should route the report via relay. so I create a clientsetting.cfg file, but I am not sure the format is correct.

It looks like the actionsite.axfm is being used, but not the clientsettings.cfg directing the client to a relay. Please check whether the Mac instructions at https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSQL82_9.5.0/com.ibm.bigfix.doc/Platform/Installation/c_mac_clients_.html#c_mac_clients_ are helpful and give some feedback on how that works out.
