We are implementing IBM IEM in our company.

I am working in a project to integrate the assets inventoried in IBM IEM with Remedy.

I would like to know, if someone have a dataset ( mappring ) where is possible to see the class of the components.

depends on what you want to map. your agent properties will be the mapped items, so you will need to determine what the CPU property maps to in Remedy.

My question is, do you know if IBM have a big picture or a draw showing the relationship between the class ( CPU, Memory … ) ?
