Hello everyone, I was not able to find anywhere details about connection between BFI and BRAVO. Is anyone aware of documentation including such information? What I am specifically looking for right now are FW rules needed for connection between BFI installed on premises and BRAVO.
What I know is that BRAVO is an internal IBM Tool. You should be able to reach the IBM technical team and request them network requirements.
Thank You for the reply. I already found the answer. You either have to allow access from Softlayer (where is located tool called API Economy, which can provide data extraction to Bravo) or allow outbound FTP connection and upload extracts to Bravo FTP server.
I would go with direct connection.
