Database shutdown during SUA Data Import

The database server was shut down in the middle of a a data import. The import process is hung. Any suggestions as to how to proceed?

Restart the SUA service?

I’m inclined to do so, but I was concerned with potential corruption issues, since the import had partially completed.

If the database link is severed, the SUA service is unlikely to resume the import and whatever damage was done has been done already when the DB was shut down. Doing another import should resolve any inconsistencies I assume.

Thanks - it does seem likely that the import process has some resiliance built into it. I just wish it was documented somewhere.
