I’m getting ready to deploy BigFix to a customer location with 15K endpoints.

Can anyone tell me how big the initial database will be and how much I should allocate to growth?

Database size for the BigFix Server (not including DSS SAM) is usually not an issue given the size of hard disks these days. 50GB should be plenty.
