Database Cleanup - Not sure which recommendation to follow

After the tools have been run to delete out old data perform a database shrink operation on the BFEnteprise database

We are no longer recommending performing a database shrink operation after running this tool to reclaim freed disk space from the database unless you are running into disk space issues.

Can anyone advise here whether shrink operation is recommended to run for BES database ?

Database shrink is not recommended try to look on the factors which causing that to increase in its size, run audit trail cleaner , computer remover to remove older data from database.
