Data Import Error On BigFix Compliance

Hi everyone!
Our team encountering this problem when we use data import. The log says,
“2020-11-18 21:50:23 (+0:01:27.570) INFO: ETL Datasource task: from Data Source - SCM::MeasuredProperty (0x00000000A8C61868 - 0x00000000A8E49F73): Failed”.
As you can see from the picture, It’s been 5 hours ago the data import still not finish, it’s just 0% completed and not stopped.
Any suggestion how to fix this?

@TsaritsaBoi, what errors do you find in the tema.log and imports/yyyy_MM-dd_hh_MM_ss.log files located under <-Install-Path->\wlp\servers\server1\logs path on your BES Compliance server?
