Custom relevance not selecting any computers for Action

I am trying to fire an action, that would deploy a baseline on a particular environment.

The URL I call is :-
https://-webreport..****.com:52311/api/actions

and this XML i pass to it :-

   exist unique values whose(it contains "alfonso_test") of values of settings "Environment" of client

If i run this on the client, using QNA tool , I get the output as true.
How would i build this custom relevance that i get computer’s name or ID , that the script can then use to fire the action ?
