Custom fixlet web report

Hopefully this will be a simple custom web report

I need the report to contain the relevant vulnerability fixlets (that became relevant in the last 30 days) for all systems in the enterprise.

Finally, it would need to be in this format:

IPAddress|DNSName or hostname|UserName|Custom_Computer_Property|Custom_Computer_Property|FixletID|Fixlet Subject/Title|Fixlet Description|Severity|Last time system reported relevant for this fixlet

I’ve been trying to piece meal this together but I can’t even seem to get it started.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I should probably also mention that the piping and spacing needs to be there as well.
