Create custom copy of fixlet to custom site automatically

I would like to create custom copy of latest monthly patch fixlets from “Patches for Windows site” to an existing custom site at the starting of each month automatically.

ie.

On 01-Mar-2019, all Feb-2019 patch fixlets will be copied from “Patches for Windows site” to an existing custom site by schedule job or command automatically.

Any suggestion? Thanks you.
