Create Action Under Specific Site Using Xsd

I’m trying to create action in BigFix Console. It is getting created under the Operator’s site (ServiceAccount’s Operator Site). However, I would like to create it under Custom Site (Say Custom Site1) instead of operator site.

Does it require to provide Previolage to Service Account that is being used? - If yes, guide me what level of access and how to provide it on the console level

Do I need to mention any Site tag in xsd file for the above requirement? - Please guide me as im new bee to this console.

Actions exist only in an Operator site or in the Master Action Site.

The display in the Console for a content site on an action, is actually a reference to the Source Fixlet or Source Baseline of the action. I haven’t actually checked, but I expect you could emulate the same appearance using the SourceFixlet tags on your action.

Can anyone post the code on how to create action under baseline?
